I was falling into chairs and my butt was unusable ???♀️ . ? Straight leg deadlift: I love using dumbbells for this so I can really stretch out my hamstring (hence the DOMS for days) ? Front squat: I hadn’t done this for so long so it was fun to throw it into my routine, I only did 3×10 for fun ? Back squat: feeling more and more comfortable with my squat now that I've finally learnt to control my pelvis ? B stance hip thrust into wide stance hip thrust: this is brutal but such a great finisher, I’ve been ending all my leg days with this! 10 x B stance hip thrusts per leg, then without a break open up and go straight into 10 x wide stance hip thrusts and it will BURNNNN ????? RIGHT? Either way I’ve been very scattered brained recently, going from Beijing to Taiwan to some random Chinese country city within a week ✈️✈️✈️ so gym was the last thing on my mind when life gets in the way. . I’m not travelling for another couple of weeks, so I’m going to make use of the weird shitty gym I have – and for that I am SO GRATEFUL that it even exists, involuntarily going a whole month without training is a bit much ?????? . Sometimes you just need to set aside a little time for yourself just to reset, gather your thoughts and keep going. That amongst a million other things is something I’m trying to do more this year so I don’t go insane ??? I miss posting on insta all the time but it doesn’t stress me out anymore like it used to (lmaooo) I now know it’s ok to reshuffle your priorities when other factors come into your routine ??? . But basically just so you know, if you missed the whole ‘restart your life and be perfect’ thing on ? 1/1 Monday ? then it’s ok because same ? and we can go at our own pace and still achieve whatever goals you want ?????? For me it’s making it through this work experience thing alive (so far I’ve had to google shit like aducanumab). ______________________________ 我今天終於有機會跑到健身房了!已經快要兩個禮拜多都沒有訓練,可是實在是太忙咯我覺得有的時候需要撥開一點時間給自己,不要一直忙著別人的事情不然會發瘋。很多人利用跨年的這段時間來 ‘重新開始’ 如果你沒有這麼做不要覺得你錯過了什麼大機會!我也沒有怎麼做,我好好的與親戚朋友很快樂的過聖誕節+跨年,現在又跑來廣東的一個小城市,幸好有一個舊舊的健身房!就從現在開始努力吧!
